When the medium is steam and hot water, it need to pay special attention to valves insulation measures. Traditional iron sheet insulation is more common in steam pipeline insulation, but when encountering special-shaped parts such as valves, due to the complex shape and structure and the need for frequent disassembly and maintenance, the traditional iron sheet insulation cannot meet its insulation needs, and at the same time, the traditional iron sheet insulation cannot be used again after disassembling. Redoing the insulation is time-consuming and laborious, which seriously affects the production efficiency of the equipment. Therefore, it is more appropriate to use insulation jacket for special-shaped parts such as valves.

The insulation jacket is tailored according to the actual size of valves. It consists of three layers of thermal insulation layer, insulation layer and protective layer. It belongs to flexible insulation. Its thickness generally is 30mm-100mm and suitable temperature range is -70℃-1400℃. The insulation jacket tightly wraps valves, with good insulation effect and the energy saving efficiency is increased by more than 40%. The insulation jacket has significant advantages such as measurement customization, disassembly, reusable, fireproof, hydrophobic, antibacterial, chemical resistance and so on.

Compared with traditional insulation, flexible insulation jacket has the following advantages:

1. Easy disassembly and assembly, can be used repeatedly (traditional insulation can only be used once)

2. Flexible insulation jacket is suitable for different shapes of pipeline and valve insulation, especially for "special-shaped parts", even in situations where traditional insulation cannot be used (Because traditional insulation is made of "hard materials", it is not easy to bend and deform).

3. Wide range of space adaptation. Flexible insulation jacket can also be used in small spaces (traditional insulation may sometimes not be possible for small spaces)

4. Strong environmental adaptability: For some corrosive environments, it has more advantages than traditional insulation. (Because the traditional insulation surface is aluminum or iron material, it is not corrosion-resistant)
